Our referral agents play an important role in connecting healthcare providers or business owners with partners who may offer products or services in the medical space or food and beverage industry. Rather than earning commissions based on the volume or value of ensuing transactions, referral agents receive a fixed fee for each verified introduction completed. These fees are established in advance as fair market value for performing coordination and administrative services.
Transparent and Fixed Compensation Structure:
Compensation is determined prior to making any introductions and does not vary based on the number of products a healthcare provider subsequently acquires or any volume of business generated. This approach is designed to ensure that financial incentives are not tied to influencing clinical decisions or encouraging over utilization of products.
Additional Introductions:
In instances where an introduced contact subsequently provides a verified new introduction, additional fixed fees may be paid. Each fee is predetermined and documented in written agreements, ensuring that all payments reflect only the value of the administrative service rendered.

Our referral arrangements are regularly reviewed by compliance experts, and our compensation models are designed to fall within accepted safe harbor provisions. We emphasize that our services are purely administrative and are not intended to serve as incentives for clinical referrals or to affect healthcare provider decision-making.

The email will also include a link to complete a consultation form in order to receive the PPB Agreement.
There is no cost, no commitment, and no obligation to sign the PPB Agreement. After you review the materials, a member of our PPB Engagement Team will contact you to schedule a call. In appreciation for the administrative service, you provide in facilitating a successful introduction, you will receive a fixed, predetermined fee that reflects fair market value and is independent of any subsequent business transactions.
